For the 2026 season, Westridge Swim Club, Inc, is operating on a waiting list as we have reached capacity. Adult children of an active member who wish to purchase a membership will be issued the next open membership, in the order that these unique situations arise.

I, the undersigned, hereby apply to the Board of Directors of Westridge Swim Club Inc., a non-profit corporation, for Membership therein. If this application is approved, I promise and agree, as follows: 1. I shall pay the membership and initiation fee as agreed. 2. To accept such membership, if granted, with the full understanding that the same is subject to any and all restrictions, reservations, and provisions set forth in the Corporate Charter, bylaws, rules, and regulations, and any and all amendments thereto, I agree to faithfully abide by and enforce. 3. As a condition precedent to the use of the corporate facilities, to pay in advance the annual membership fee to help defray the costs of maintaining, operating, and improving said facilities, which annual fee shall be determined from year to year by the Board of Directors. Annual dues for each year of operation shall be due on or before a date determined by the board. 4. It is specifically understood and agreed that if I fail to pay any remaining balance due on the membership or dues by the due date, Westridge Swim Club, Inc., shall have a first lien for all sums due upon said membership or dues. Submitting this form is the equivalent of an electronic signature, and will be treated as such.

Per the Westridge Swim Club, Inc By-laws:

Section 7:
(a) The family of the owner of a membership shall be and include his wife, or her husband, all children or other dependent members of his or her family as defined in the Federal Income Tax Regulations. Children must, however, be under twenty-one (21) or regularly attending school, or serving in the Armed Forces.
(b) Provided, however, one unmarried child residing with the owner of a membership may be considered family.
